SOLGPT Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-08-26

These terms cover the SOLGPT desk at https://solgpt.us, the iOS app, and the Seeker / Android app (ai.solgpt.desk). This is a product notice for users and store listings — not formal legal advice.

What SOLGPT is

SOLGPT is a non-custodial client. You type in English. The desk may return an unsigned ticket. You review it. You sign it in your own wallet. Private keys and seed phrases never enter SOLGPT. We do not hold funds, we are not a broker or exchange, and we cannot restore a lost wallet.

Your wallet signs

Not financial advice

Quotes, tickets, chat, and tape are software outputs. They are not offers, solicitations, or advice. Cryptocurrency transactions can lose value. You decide whether to sign.

Acceptable use

Do not use SOLGPT to break applicable law, interfere with other users or networks, or misrepresent the desk as a custodian, bank, or broker. You are responsible for the transactions you authorize in your wallet.

No warranty

The desk is provided as-is. Routes, quotes, and relays can fail, lag, or be unavailable. Third-party wallets and infrastructure (Jupiter, DFlow, Helius, wallet apps, and others) have their own terms.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what the apps process. Mobile listing and downloads: https://solgpt.us/mobile.
