SOLGPT Privacy Policy

SOLGPT (“the app”, “the desk”) is a non-custodial client for natural-language Solana tickets. This notice explains what the iOS app, the Seeker / Android app (`ai.solgpt.desk`), and the default desk backend at solgpt.us process.

What we do not collect

We do not take custody of your private keys or seed phrases.
We do not create a traditional username/password account for SOLGPT.
We cannot restore a lost wallet; recovery is only via your self-custody wallet.

What the app processes

Wallet public key — when you connect with Mobile Wallet Adapter (Seed Vault, Phantom, Solflare, or another installed MWA wallet on Seeker / Android) or Phantom on iOS, so the desk can build unsigned tickets for your address. Private keys stay in the wallet app.
Chat / voice content — natural-language prompts and optional voice transcripts you send to the desk API to prepare quotes and tickets.
Transaction material you paste — signed transaction bytes or signatures you choose to submit for execute/status polling.
Device permissions — microphone (optional voice agent) and camera (optional QR pairing with Phantom/Solflare), only when you use those features.
Technical logs — standard server logs (timestamps, request paths, errors) on the desk backend you configure in Settings.

Third parties

Depending on configuration, the desk may call routing and infrastructure providers (for example Jupiter, DFlow, Helius, and optional voice providers) to quote, route, or confirm transactions. Those providers process request data under their own policies. On-chain activity is public on Solana.

Your choices

Change or clear the desk base URL in Settings.
Disconnect the wallet session in the Wallet tab.
Decline microphone or camera permission in system Settings.
Do not submit a ticket if you do not want a trade prepared or broadcast.

Children

SOLGPT is not directed at children under 17.
